Hey,
car pack has been released already
Was posted in the "information" thread
Here is the link: http://www.beracing.be/downloads/BeRaci ... ophy06.rar
This link is also available from our main website in the Mégane division (bottom of the page).
Indeed, a test-race will be organised before the start of the actual championship. I was planning to send you all a mail about it tonight or tomorrow. The test-race will be ran this coming Sunday 12/11 with the same timings according to the rulebook.
ps: for those also involved in our GTR 2 league: Sloeri has sent out a mail to have the next GT Race on 12/11, but he forgot about the Mégane testrace I already announced for that day. So I talked to him and he told me he would postpone the GTR 2 race so we can go on with our test-race.
Full Info about the test-race will follow, as said, in an email shortly.

Keep in mind that we will use the ZolderGTL version, this is the Zolder converted from GTL.
The correct track is available to download from our main website, from the tracklist.

How did you make the skin? I'm looking for a skin-maker, but apparently there isn't such a useful tool...
Can you give some more details? Eventually trough e-mail, arpegiateur@hotmail.com
thx a lot

Hey Arpé,
there is no such tool as a "skin-maker". Skins are mostly painted using standard market painting programs, like adobe photoshop or paint shop pro. As a base for the skins, most of the mods have templates available. Take a look here for various templates: http://www.rfactorcentral.com/skins/templates.cfm
So basically what you have to do in the first place is get yourself comfortable with a good painting program (a good painting program supports layers), and then you can go on and paint the car in your favourite colours and schemes using the template of the specific mod. You can also download sponsor logo's from the Internet and apply them to your car.
Once you're done doing that, you have to save the paintjob in a format rFactor recognizes, but that's another step. I suggest you begin with painting and just get back in touch if you're finished and want to import it in rFactor.

If you have photoshop, just download one of the templates and open it, you'll probably see a blank car with some basic layers. Just start painting within the boundaries of the template...

Arpé, there's a very good guide here:
http://tmfiles.net/rftut/tut1.php
Goes through it step by step.
