BeGTCC 08 - GENERAL INFORMATION - STATUS AS OF 13-01-2008

Hi all,

The GTCC Registrations are Open.
(Rulebooks are still subject to changes.)


How to enter the GTCC.
First of all, you must have read 3 important things.
The Rulebook : BeGTCC CONCEPT
The Money System :
2008 BeGTCC Money system
And the way requirements of skinning your car(s)
BeGTCC Skinning

When registering a team you MUST agree to all of the above and you must have read all of the above documents.

A registration is completed when all requirement are fulfilled and approved by one of the GTCC admins, and NOT before.

There are 36 open seats.
Server capacity is 28 seats, so races are on first in first served bases.

What do you need to provide to the admins to register :

Register as team :
- Name of the Team
- Name of the Team Manager
- Name of the drivers (2 drivers MINIMUM)
- Driver's fees
- Car's to be used
- preferred car numbers (according to the rulebook !)
- You must send us finished team skins ! (or pictures from the actual work in progress...)
We are making a complete standalone carpack this season.
All your DDS files within your Tex files must be named properly !
Add a B at the end of it to match the BeRacing Set...
example : 04007B (04 season car, Number 7, B for Beracing)
Towards Skinners :

Please use the following rules for your DDS Files
Name them as : 08xxxB (where the X's must be replaced with the carnumber of course !)

Where the first 2 digits are the season (08 for season 2008)
The next three are for the carnumber (001 / 002 / 050 / 099 etc....)
And a B after it for Beracing

Please follow this rule.

Incomplete teams will not be approved.

Register as privateer :
- Name of the private team :
- Name of the driver :
- Car to be used :
- Driver's fee
- Preferred car number (according to the rulebook !)
- Finished car skin (or at least picture from the actual work in progress)

Each registration is taken into account for approval when all requirements except the skin of the car have been send to us. Anything else will not be considered as registration ! So do not try to register an incomplete team or privateer entry as we will not approve it.

Are you guys going to chose your car number according the position your team finished in the team championship?
Like this;
DH-Racing finished on P1 -> car numbers in 2008: #1 and #2
Roadrunner Racing UK on P2 -> car numbers in 2008: #3 and #4
Saleen Racing Inc on P3 -> car numbers in 2008: #5 and #6
Swedish American GT on P4 -> car numbers in 2008: #7 and #8

Will car numbers be chosen according the drivers championship?

I'll let Rob use number 3 and whoever his team mate is number 4, hes moving to NGT. I've had a slight change in plans, well a little delay, I think I can make it to a few of the first racers, so am going to register myself soon I think, will register my other drivers soon too.
